Without your consent — child safeguarding:

In such cases, we will endeavour to discuss our concerns with you first, unless doing so would place the child at further risk.

Security of Your Data

We take the security of your personal data seriously. The following measures are in place:

All devices used for work (laptop, phone, tablet) are password protected

All clinical data is stored on password-protected, encrypted platforms

Wire is set up with clients who require ongoing care and support, including maternity care package clients and Hello Midwife members

Clients following single consultations are offered a free 2-week Wire support trial following their consultation

Wire is used for ongoing support messages, clinical questions, and sharing of sensitive information including photographs and videos related to feeding or care

Wire is monitored during business hours — availability status is displayed within the app

Little Miracles uses Wire exclusively for professional purposes

Access to client data is restricted to Liselotte Hill only

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected clients and the Data Protection Commission without undue delay

Phone & Communication Policy

How to Contact Little Miracles

Initial contact and bookings:

Liselotte's phone number is available on this website for initial enquiries, booking arrangements and practical scheduling. You are welcome to call or text to make first contact, ask a general question about services, or arrange an appointment.

Ongoing care and support:

For all ongoing care, clinical advice, support questions, and sharing of sensitive information (including photographs and videos), Little Miracles uses Wire — a secure, end-to-end encrypted messaging platform.

Wire is monitored closely during available hours and displays Liselotte's availability status so you always know when to expect a response. This ensures your health information is handled securely and professionally.

Please note the following important boundaries:

Liselotte's personal phone number and WhatsApp are not monitored for clinical advice or ongoing support requests

Text messages or WhatsApp messages requesting feeding advice, clinical guidance or ongoing support will not be responded to via these channels

Clients requiring ongoing support are invited to connect via Wire — please see below for how to get started

Why Wire instead of WhatsApp?

Wire uses end-to-end encryption and is fully GDPR compliant, meaning your personal health information — including messages, photos and videos — is protected at all times. WhatsApp, while convenient, does not meet the data protection standards required for healthcare communications.

How to get started on Wire:

Download the free Wire app from the App Store or Google Play

Create a free account using your mobile number or email address

Share your Wire username with Liselotte and she will connect with you

Full instructions are included in your welcome email following booking

Emergency situations:

Wire and Little Miracles are not an emergency service. If you or your baby require urgent medical attention, please contact your GP, maternity hospital or call 999 immediately.
