My unique maternity care packages are carefully designed to deliver true continuity of care provided by your own personal midwife, in the comfort of your own home. You will be looked after by a midwife who you've build up a relationship of trust with and who you can rely on when needed most. A midwife who delivers unhurried antenatal & postnatal home visits at a time convenient for your family, a midwife who is there for you on the other end of a phone call.

Note: my maternity care and support packages are in addition to the maternity care provided by your chosen HSE maternity care provider, they do not replace it.

• 4 antenatal home visits:

  (2h each) to check-in and see how you are doing, discuss your pregnancy, how it is evolving, answer any questions that you may have, help prepare a birth and / or postnatal plan if you wish to do so.

• Antenatal education

  birth & parenthood preparation tailored to your own needs and interests.

  ​

• On-call for you to provide doula support during your labour & birth

  (This option is not always achievable, call me for more information)

• When baby is born, I will be there for you to help you get settled in when back home with your newborn to allow you to rest and recover.

• Package includes 6 postnatal home visits ( 2h each)​​​ to be consumed over an 8 week period.

• Costs: €2200 for full package, €1700 if leaving out the labour & birth support.

• including €250 deposit payable at time of booking

• ​1 antenatal visit (2h) to get to know you and your family, answer any questions you may have relating your pregnancy & birth, help you make up your birth & postnatal support plan if you wish to do so.

• On-call for you to start postnatal care as soon you return home from hospital, or later if you don't feel the need for immediate support.

• ​​​​My aim is to help you get settled in with your newborn baby and allow you to rest and recover.

• ​​​​Package includes 6 postnatal home visits ( 2h each)​​​ to be consumed over an 8 week period

• *Costs: €1280 including €200 deposit payable at time of booking

• 1 antenatal breastfeeding consultation / education

• 1 initial lactation consultation following the birth of your baby

• 1 follow-up lactation consultation any time within 12 weeks

• baby's weight checks when indicated, any time within 12 weeks

• Cost: €620 including €70 booking deposit

Why book a midwifery care & support package?

It is proven that when a mother is supported and cared for by a know and trusted midwife and/or doula throughout her pregnancy, birth and postnatal, she will have better outcomes in view of her physical and emotional wellbeing. At present I do not offer home birth services, but I may be able to provide non-clinical hospital support if pre-arranged with your hospital team. Other benefits of signing up for a maternity care package with me, is that you will receive priority bookings in my calendar and you can avail of my hourly rate for home care which is not available as a stand alone service.
